It all began in 1998, when Jan-Maree and David Anderson opened their first retail store Plain Health located in the heart of Mosgiel.

Jan-Maree's passion for people and achieving good health naturally, quickly developed and Plain Health became 'the place' to go to discuss specific ailments and the various options available.

Today, Plain Health is a very well respected, independently owned and operated business that continues to support the community with their natural health and mobility needs.
